We are the controller for the website, accounts, subscriptions, billing, security, support, analytics, marketing and legal compliance. Agencies and sellers who post listings or receive enquiries act as independent controllers for the data they handle.

• You provide: name, email, phone, contact preferences, search criteria, enquiries, account details, and (for subscribers) business, billing, tax and verification data.
• Listings: property address, photos and videos, descriptions and contact details.

• Payments: processed by third-party providers; we receive only limited payment information.

We do not intend to collect special categories of (sensitive) personal data.
