Create a seller account
Sign up and pick Seller (or Agent, if you represent multiple properties) as your role. Add your name, phone number and a profile photo so buyers know who they’re talking to.
A complete profile builds trust and gets noticeably more inquiries.
Choose a subscription plan
Sellers pay a single flat subscription — monthly, six months, or yearly — that lets you list properties for the entire period. We never take a commission on the sale itself.
Compare the plans on our pricing page. Yearly is the best value and avoids any interruption between viewings and offers.
Create your listing
Click Add Property from your dashboard and fill in five short sections:
- Basics — title, type, price and a clear description.
- Location — city, region and full address; the map pin is set automatically.
- Details — bedrooms, bathrooms, square metres, year built.
- Characteristics — pool, garage, garden, terrace, sea view and more.
- Images — upload at least 5 high-quality photos. Drag to reorder; the first one is the cover.
You can save and come back any time — nothing is published until you hit submit.
We review and approve
Our team checks every new listing — usually within 24 hours — to make sure photos, price and description are clear and follow the rules. You’ll get an email the moment it goes live.
If something needs a small fix, we tell you exactly what to change so you can resubmit in minutes.
Respond to buyer inquiries
Every inquiry lands in your Inquiries inbox and triggers an email and push notification. Reply quickly — sellers who answer within an hour close deals significantly faster.
Share your phone number or schedule a visit through the chat when you’re ready. The conversation history stays in your account so nothing gets lost.
Close the sale
Negotiate price and terms directly with the buyer. When you’ve agreed, work with your notary or lawyer to finalise the contract and transfer of ownership.
Once the property is sold, mark the listing as Sold from your dashboard so we can free up your slot for the next listing.
Tips to sell faster
- Invest in good photos. Bright, horizontal, decluttered shots get clicked 3–4× more often than dark or vertical phone snaps.
- Price realistically. Check similar listings in the same area. Properties priced more than 10 % above the local market sit unsold for months.
- Write a complete description. Mention the neighbourhood, distance to schools and amenities, recent renovations and what’s included (furniture, appliances).
- Reply fast. The first seller to respond usually wins the viewing.
- Keep your listing fresh. Update the price, add a new photo, or tweak the description every few weeks to stay near the top of the results.
