Create a free buyer account
Sign up in under a minute — just an email, a password and your name. Choose Buyer as your role. Buyer accounts are always free; you only pay if you decide to become a seller later.
Once you confirm your email, you can save favourites, send inquiries and message sellers directly.
Search and filter listings
Use the search bar and the sidebar filters to narrow results by city, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, square metres, property type and characteristics (pool, garage, sea view, etc.). The map view shows exactly where each property sits.
Tip: switch languages and currencies at the top of the page if you’re browsing from abroad — prices convert automatically.
Save and compare properties
Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to Saved Properties. Add two or more saved properties to the comparison tool to view their key details side by side — price per m², rooms, characteristics and location.
Contact the seller directly
On any property page, open the Contact Seller form to send a message. The seller is notified by email and in their dashboard, and replies appear in your My Inquiries inbox.
All conversations happen on the platform until you and the seller decide to share phone numbers or meet in person — you stay in control of what you share and when.
Visit, negotiate and close
Arrange a viewing in person or via video call. Negotiate the price and conditions directly with the owner. When you’re ready to proceed, work with your own notary, lawyer or solicitor to handle the contract, due diligence and the transfer of ownership.

- Use the support page to report anything that looks suspicious.
